賀年糕點由逸東軒行政總廚譚棟師傅主理，嚴選上乘材料，巧手製作傳統口味。瑤柱臘味蘿蔔糕嚴選頂級瑤柱、甘香惹味的臘腸、臘肉及蝦米等製成，夾雜清甜蘿蔔絲，香味四溢，口感豐富。富貴椰汁年糕則以清甜蔗糖和新鮮椰汁炮製，入口散發出陣陣撲鼻的椰子清香，口感軟糯煙韌，清香宜人。今年全新推出的黃金馬蹄糕，嚴選新鮮馬蹄，配以優質蔗糖精心製作，口感清甜細膩，馬蹄顆粒爽脆彈牙，風味清新怡人。
With a recipe created by Executive Chef Tam Tung, the renowned Turnip Pudding is made with the finest ingredients, including premium dried shrimp, conpoy, Chinese preserved sausage, and air-dried preserved meat. The traditional Chinese New Year Pudding adheres to classic flavors—the creamy coconut glutinous cake is enhanced by cane sugar, which adds a delicate sweetness to the nostalgic dessert and lends it a deep, comforting color. For those with a sweet tooth, the new Water Chestnut Pudding blends water chestnut and coconut juice into a subtly sweet dessert that highlights delicate layers of texture
